Finished up building this new rear stinger/tire carrier & new bumper for our JK

That's a fine job you did there. Love the idea of using the tire as a step for my dogs (Irish Wolfy is clumsy sometimes) to get in the back. Considered putting a rubber bumper to rest on when down? How much you have into materials? Gonna save these pics and take to a metal fabricator.

Yeah, needs a rubber bumper at the top of the hoop, for sure. I spent $330 on the bumper laser cutting & other materials then around another $600-ish on DOM tube, laser cutting & machining on the stinger/tire carrier.

Guys in our local Jeep club asked me to make a few for their JK's, so I guess I'll be building a few more of these in January, lol
