Default Super chips vivid #538750

I just ordered a Superchips Vivid #538750 from my guy Justin at http://w ww.jscspeed.com/ today. According to JSC's contact at superchips, they (Superchips) will be shipping units starting 12/19, which means I might be going over the river and through the woods to grandma's house with a much needed power programer!

With 35's and stock 4:10 gearing, you can imagine how much I need this!!!!!!!

Bookmark this thread for my install and feedback.

So I received word that SuperChips did indeed ship out to the distributor on the 19th as expected. Given holiday shipment times I likely won't see my vivid until after the fat guy comes downt the chimney, but at least its inroute for me to utilize for post holiday travels. Look for my update next week! Very excited to get this thing rigged up.

Slight delay, I had to find my AEV procal, you have to remove all old programs before installing the SC.

Had to tear apart half the garage to find the procal.

Thanks for posting this review.

So, does it detect other programs and stops by itself or this is in the installation instructions?

Does it allow for backing-up the settings in a memory card or a PC?
