if you get underneath the bumper you'll find 6-8 bolts holding the plastic on... just take them off.

But isn't there other shit on the bumper and what not like his looks clean and finished off

I took the plastic off then welded sheet metal behind the bumper to cover the huge holes then spray painted it flat black. I will post a close up when I get a chance
