Stage 2-3 Build this weekend - Tera LCG, Elka, LoD
After vesting some of my company's options, I decided to take some money off the table, pay some bills, and upgrade the rig
Present build
Starting tomorrow, I'll be adding:
With time being a premium, i decided to bite the bullet and do as many of my mods at once so I could negotiate decent rates . Will post pics soon.
Present build
- LoD Mid width
- Warn 9.5 XP
- IPF 900xs
- Mopar Rear Rock crawling bumper
- stock wheels, suspension, etc.
Starting tomorrow, I'll be adding:
- Tera LCG 3 in Kit
- Elka Shocks
- TW Front and Rear DS
- EVO Gussetts and Sleeves
- EVO Control Arm Skids
- Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers and Armor
- AEV Snorkel
- 35 KM2s
- Superior 5.13s
- G2 Diff Covers (Thanks Mace!)
- Evap Relo
- LoD Shorty rear
- AEV Pintler Beadlocks

i think with tf 3" lift you got to have 37's for it to look right. but thats just me.

With little bit of effort, you can get by without any rubbing..
The lift will probably give you more then the advertised height.
Cut the fender flares, add some bumpstop extensions, cut pinch seam, and probably a 1" body lift (Depending on actual lift height) and you should be good.

I was planning on going flat fenders and 37s for my next build. I figured with the weight of the winch, bumpers, and tire carriers (and future roof rack) that 35s would be more then enough. Now you have me worrying about not looking proportional. Think I should do 37s off the host with my regular fenders?

It's a tough call.
Well, if it was my Jeep, which I totally respect your build, I would have done 37's. I see 90% Street 5% Freeway and the other 5% is off road.
It really depends on what you're planning on using it for, but I like looks and I love off-roading when I can afford the gas .
