Great looking jeep you have there.
I have the 5.5" mid arm w/40" MTR's on 17's (Load C) and the ride is really good. I am running Bilsteins on it and a max pressure of 25psi in the tires with it usually being around 22psi and the ride is great. The load range D tires you have could probably run at 20psi all day on the road while giving a much better ride, plus running 20's is making the side wall that much stiffer too. I'm not sure about the Fox shocks though, I've heard also that they stiffin things up a bit. On a side note, one of the things I love about the MTR's is they never track anything in the road, just roll right over it. The rubbing just might take a little trimming here and there, these jeeps love to be cut on a bit. Haha. Good luck figuring stuff out, very nice jeep.

I run my 40" nittos at 12 psi all day long, jeeps are so light, and with this much rubber, lowing pressure will help. I tried 30, 24, 20, 16 and 14 and I found that 12 was the best, my old job back in the day was at a tire shop, and you could get away with 14-16 in those, trust me it's a much better ride

That's weird, maybe try 24? Though mine are at 12 and mine doesn't pull at all, though my old mans jeep has the flex arms and his does that, I would never put them on for maintenance reasons. But his tracks weird, just air up every 2 psi, so maybe try 24-26 might be the sweet spot, but it will stiffen up the ride
