Looks great, curious as to how many spray cans you went through? This has been on my short list for the winter stock steels and exhaust.

Jeep looks great and the wheels came out awesome. You did an amazing job. They don't look "hand" done at all.

Thanks guys! I used about 3 1/2 cans give or take. Just figure a can per wheel to be safe, but you'll probably only use about 3/4 of it. Depends on how many coats. The nice thing about painting wheels like this is if the paint chips or otherwise starts to come off (because you missed a spot when prepping or something), all you have to do is tape it off, sand the offending area a bit, clean it up and just re-spray it.

Cool, post up some pics of that powder coat job when its finished! I considered going that route, but delivering the wheels to the painter without mounted tires for a period of days just was not feasible.

Default Center Caps

I have to say, yours are one of the best looking paint jobs I have seen yet.

Have you thought about painting the center caps yellow. They would look a lot like the AEV wheels then. I have been considering just doing the center caps on mine, or maybe making some new ones.

I would really like to either have my wheel re-anodized a darker gray (i.e. titanium or argent) or get some of the argent wheels from the mountain edition.

Anyone get them re-anodized a different color?

Looks good! I'll be doing mine tomorrow. Tested it out on the spare and liked it. I think I'm gonna paint the center white and the bolts white cause my JK is white. Hopefully it'll look good
