Default Spidertrax spacers / painted stock wheels

Well, I figured since I searched extensively for pictures of stock jeeps with Spidertrax spacers and also for painted wheel pics, that I would go ahead and add mine for future searchers.

I scuffed up the wheels with a sanding sponge, cleaned them up, taped them off... and did a few coats of Rustolem Metallic "Black Night" paint. They came out nicely I think. I've painted wheels in the past with excellent results and they held up great, so hopefully these are the same. Trying to leave my Jeep stock as possible for now since I want the warranty (its my daily driver). Eventually when I wear these tires out, maybe I will buy wheels and tires and a leveling kit or BB or something.

I'd like to give a thumbs up for the Spidertrax spacers (bought from Northridge, awesome fast service guys). I had been a little worried about running spacers, but these things are nice and solid and fit perfectly.

Hopefully the Jeep looks a little less "stock" and a little more personalized for now:

Thanks guys! It only took me about 4 hours. When you are painting the entire wheel, it goes pretty fast. Trying to tape off certain areas is what chews up a ton of time. I just used a 320 grit sanding sponge from Lowes, and then of course used some masking tape and plastic to tape off the tires...

This is what the can of paint looks like:

Thanks everyone! I brought the Jeep over to Discount Tire on Friday and had them pull off the stock weights (the ugly outer factory ones), and specified they re-balance using no weights on the outside of the rim (cost me $40). I went ahead and bought some nice lug nuts from them too. Then I painted everything on Saturday in about 4 hours...
