If I have a rubicon and putting on 35s will I need to recalibrate my speedometer or will it be so minuscule that I won't even notice?

It will be off roughly about 4 MPH and your odometer will click off less than actual miles.

Think you need to get a Procal. I haven't done it yet. And I never did on my 07 rubi I had.

ProCal will fix it nicely. Use the actual measured tire diameter and program it in.

If its an automatic, it will have a big impact on how it drives. The tire size must be calibrated to correct the shift points.

I'm not sure about a manual but with an auto I recommend it. I have 33s with 2.5 in lift and the speedo was off a lot. The shift points slightly were too, but now everything's fine after the aev procal.

Your dealership can program it for around $50 as well.

Others have said the dealer won't program a tire bigger than the biggest stock tire.
