We got a used Special Hazards Truck once from a department in PA. Me and the guy working with me had the job of getting the old departments decals off the truck. We sprayed Easy-Off oven cleaner on the decals and used plastic razor blades. It worked like a charm.

My partner worked for a place that built fire trucks and that's ahere he learned it.

I have always made the dealer remove thier stickers before I drive off the lot with a new vehicle....I wont provide free advertising for thieves/dealers either.

i signed my papers, walked outside and pulled the sticker and the dealer frame and handed it back to the sales guy. i think he almost shat a kitten after i did that. lol. most people dont ever touch them.
