Ok took some digging but I found the info...
If you search for bhardy, you'll find his answer to my original question under the lightbar question thread...
The Thule model is the 300 gutter foot pack with the LB58 58" load bars...
He also gave me the model for the ski/board box
Hope this helps

Don't take this the wrong way, but using bungee cords to attach ski and boards is nucking futs! When the down side so greatly outweighs the savings, the risk is too high IMO. Thule ski racks and box (i have both available depending on my needs) is the way to go for me.

got it all wrong
NOTHING is loose when you strap them, they will never come off, you dont understand how good and secure they are, and as joeyc said, i wrapped a snowboard lock arond both and throught the rim, those boards didnt come off until i wanted them to.
But now i have removed my rear tire and am in need of another solution, i have came up with a Thule 40x46 rooftop basket, all aluminum, black..i can get it new for like 100 bucks, then to mount it on the hard top im gonig to have 2 cross braces made, each will have a steel plate witch fastens through the hardtop, and a bolt goes through the plate into another plate inside, it will be round cross bar. i just need to figure out some kind of clamps to join the two of them together! and then strap the boards and gear on the roof

Well- I'm headin out for a weekend cabin trip and already owned a set of Yakima power hounds. I didn't however own the bars and towers for this particular vehicle (originally had a complete set-up on my silverado). So here's how I decided to re-use my powerhounds and only spent about $4 on hardware. Good'ol I-bolts from the hardware store and a little rtv. I'll list my pros and cons
PROS- cheap, practical, lightweight, no leaks.
CONS- if u want to strap 3or4 boards, the bottoms ones will have to be binding-less, and u can see the nuts and washers from the inside.
