i used 4 bungee cords and put hardcore strong velcro straps..i live near ottawa ON and drove to tremblant..about 3 hrs, the boards didnt move an inch...and barely had anything on them...and we were drving in a big snow storm to lol...it was amazing, every car that passed us looked and waved and smiled..it felt amazing lol

massive props to 2010blueislander for the concept, turns out you can do it a couple ways depending on how many boards you have.
super cheap and IMO looks pretty badass.

three bungee cords, and one velcro strap.

Make sure your board or skis are away from the exhaust pipe. Back in the day we burnt a pair of K2 skis on a CJ. Smelled something funny but!!!!!!

One of the guys on here "bhardy" has some Thule rack thay fits on the hard top rain channels...he gave me the model once before however I somehow lost the info when I switched phone

Been trying to PM him but his box is full

Anyone know him?

I love the idea of bungee cording and velcro strapping I think i am going to do that why didnt i think of that

They are just Thule gutter mounts. I have that set up for the winter with a ski box. Works perfect.
