This is a sweet bumper!

Does this bumper attach to the bottom cross-member bracket? Also, how far back and down does the winch plate go? In other words, does it go to the bottom of the radiator, or is it a few inches in front of the grill?

The reason I ask is because I removed my lower cross-member bracket and installed an Expedition One skid plate to protect my e-disco motor. I had to rotate the motor up and out towards the front of the Jeep in order to fit the skid plate. I have discovered that most bumpers that place the winch plate in between the frame rails interfere with my rotated e-disco motor. In most cases, I think a little trimming of the winch plate will allow proper fitment of most bumpers. But if this thing attaches to the lower cross-member, I'm screwed.
