I'm torn if I like this or not...figured the silver grill would look good with the silver rubi decals already there. I don't know you guys tell me. I definately thing gunmetal color would be better with the wheels powder coated the same....

You have to imagine the AEV bumper installed and set of 33-35 mt and lift too.
Was the grill the only swop? I'm seeing Sahara wheels, side steps and street tires

The first pic looks like a factory Rubi (wheels, rock rails), so I'd say the Sahara wheels and steps have been swapped onto a stock Rubi.

But whyyyyy? It's a Rubicon for God's sake.
The other day I drove past a 'Jeep Green' Rubicon Unlimited which was fitted with all the chrome accessories from Mopar. Quite a sad sight

Not for me. Kinda looks like you damaged the original and could only find a silver to replace it with BUT it's not my Jeep. You gotta go with what you like, that's all that really matters.

Bed lined ... black ... ...

I ran side steps in the winter. You dont rock crawl when your headed up to the slopes. Keeps the road crap off the door.

Only a dumbass calls someone a dumbass just because of side steps vs rock rails. If I had more time and room, I'd love to run street tires during the daily commute.

Well, I like the silver better than the red grill but think it needs to be much darker. If the silver was the same density as the red it would look great. Otherwise I go with contrast and match the grill up with the color of the fenders, the infamous badline as it may be.

Here's a quick look at what I was suggesting as the density of the grill and why the mountain addition works and the silver, well, not so much.
