I installed Rampage Rock Sliders that double as a step. U can manually lock them in down position for a step, and retrac for slider use. see pic

Mine are Tech-tubes.

they bolt directly to the frame on full welded ends, not by flimsy bars in the middle, like some brands.
they come in black powdercoat or chrome, with flat step areas with hard plastic inserts.
3" in diameter.
