Well it's coming to that time of year to replace the soft top with the hard. This is the first year I've got to store the soft top and I'm looking for ideas. So let's see how everyone keeps their soft top stored for the winter. Thanks

I have a 4 dr .... 1st year took it out and stored it..... BUT last year actually just folded it down and put the hard top right over it.... and with the rear headrests removed no problems looking out the back... and the soft top was in perfect condition too when I pulled it up this spring. Guess it doesn't help your question tho unless you count that as storage.

Good idea! How does that work with hauling stuff in the back?

It is recommended, in at least a couple places (manual, stickers, instruction cards), by Jeep to not keep both tops on the Jeep at the same time.

I made a hard top hoist system for my garage, so I just took the soft top and put it on the frame and hoinsted it back up. I'll pose pics in a few minutes.

I posted my solution on this thread. I really like the solution posted earlier, but will stick with mine, as it is already done.

Well you can't really put anything too big from the tailgate entrance but on my 4 dr fold down the rear seats and I use the rear doors to load the back up...., hockey bag, sticks, groceries etc
