How your roof racks on stock jeeps. I have a stock 2 dr sport on sahara wheels and tires, and I'm debating on getting a rack before lift and tires

Does anybody have any experience with garvin racks? I want a gobi but they are a bit pricey

This is modded rack off of a 2000 xj. Rails and cross bars had to be cut down. Used stainless steal fasteners and fender washers. Sealed with 5200 sealant. End caps for rails are riveted on to rails. Works well for snowboarding. Price was right at free. Mounted on raised rail of hard top.

currently there are crossbars to mount kayaks, and I will be adding a basket very soon.
