3.73's 14-15 mpg city, 18-19 mpg highway in overdrive, 13-14 mpg highway with overdrive off
I also have a pretty heavy foot. And have to do calculations by hand since my JK is a base model.

I measure my fuel mileage by the amount of k's I get out of my tank..... Full to empty.
New stock was getting 540 km's a tank
Then some 35's, XHD front bumper w stinger, 3" lift etc was getting 450 km's a tank
Regeared to 5.13's and Superchip now always around 500 km's a tank.... happy with that.
Of course straight hiway 600km's a tank

Thanks!
in 2007 Jeep was really smart and put 4.10's in the automatics, so i got lucky there.
I'm running a superchip tuned for 87, an autozone spectre cold air intake for power.
Synthetic fluids all around
35" Duratracs,
2.5" Rock Krawler Lift with 3/4" Daystar spacers all around
Rubicon shocks
Thats pretty much it.
