Default Show Your Hardtop Lift Ideas

LOOKING TO FIND SOME GOOD IDEAS FOR LIFTING MY HARD TOP WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE HELP. SPRING IS HERE WANT TO TAKE IT OFF AND LEAVE IT OFF FOR EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.

I'm building that one, for the most part, but with minor changes.

Using webbing straps instead of chains

using electric hoist instead of hand crank.
Cabela's sells one for $89.99.

search for Cabela's Electronic Cable Hoists, I figure the 440 lb hoist should do for lifting.

Not exactly a lift but....













Can take the entire Freedom Top off by myself in under 15 minutes.

just buy a hoist a top for like $100 bucks and save a ton of work! I bought mine for my old Rubi and it works great for my new unlimited jk also.
