I got it at the Metal Supermarket (go figure). Here's their site, they have several locations around the country:

It was pretty easy -- less than a day start to finish and came in at about 1/4 to 1/2 the price of other options I was looking at.

I'm gonna be staring a rear bumper/carrier in a week or so. Just trying to figure out if i should go with 3/16 or 1/4 steel plate, rectangulartube, or a combo of c-channel and plate? What do you think?

1/4" rectangular tubing would be EXTREMELY heavy. My sliders are 3/16" tubing and they are very heavy already. I can't imagine why you would need 1/4"...Just my opinion. Good luck.
