No weed here. I have an injury, but don't require a chair. Not in my case, but they give handicap tags out like candy, there is certainly no wheel chair requirement. I've seen way to many fully capable people w/tags.

NO! You misunderstood me. I am very much disabled. I was complaining about how easy it is for OTHERS to get the tag.
