Cutting is not too bad, definitely have a real nutsert tool. I had the harbor freight one and broke 2 of them, lol. It's not bad, just very time consuming. You should be able to sell those fenders, just need the right buyer. I want to get smaller fenders, mine actually does hit the trails quite a bit.
