One option for the wheel center caps would be these:

WHEEL CENTER CAP for 17" Mineral Grey wheels:
http://www.quadratec.com/products/92702_8002.htm

Not an exact match to my powder coated wheels, but perhaps close enough.

Another option I may go with is to paint the center caps with Krylon Outdoor Spaces Charcoal Metallic 2909.

And of course, a paint shop can always match the metallic powdercoat and hit the center caps with a matching metallic paint.

As far as the lug nuts.. that's a tricky one. The silver might go great with the sparkle. Black lug nuts are sweet, but as with the center cap, if they don't match then skip.

Just my humble opinion.. our JK's look best when they are sporting a utilitarian look.. the less we try to match things up and the less expensive the add-on's APPEAR, the better the JK looks. But that's just me.

Oh, awesome dog!! What's it's name?
The no-center caps option may be great as well.

Silver lug nuts might be a good accent. I think jet black lug nuts might not look as good, since the wheels aren't black.

The tires are 31" stock 2011 Rubicon BFG Mud Terrain.

My dog is Harley, an 8 year old Golden/Lab cross. An amazing pup and my constant companion.

Huge fan of B&W imaging.. much of my work ends up B&W or heavily desaturated... but Harley has an awesome coat and B&W doesn't do him justice!! We're considering a dog after a long few years of no pets (last one passed away abruptly). My wife and daughter want some tea-cup puppy and I want a Blonde Retriever or Irish Setter.. We're divided by a chasm.

Bottom pic he looks like he's saying.. Come on!! I want to drive!!

Enough of my pet/photography talk.. back to our regularly scheduled programming...

Just took delivery of a set of BlackRock 909s wheels in black and tungsten.. 15x10. Will be wrapped in Duratrac 33's. The search for wheels has been rough. The 909s was the one wheel I kept coming back to but it was nearly extinct. I was able to scrounge two from Jegs and three from another company..paid a premium for the three to complete the set. And of course four more surfaced shortly after I took deliver of the three... Not worth sending them back to save a few pennies. JK goes in for a lift, wheels and few other tweaks early next week. Will post pics then!

Default At last.... got my wheels done!

I finally got my wheels back today and I'm thrilled with the color... called crystal grey metallic. For those who didn't read my earlier post, we took the stock 17" Rubicon wheels , had then chemically stripped, and then had them Powder coated Crystal Grey Metallic. They're very much like the Mountain/COD wheels, which is what I wanted. I decided I like the look with the chrome lug nuts, so we're going to stick with that. And for now will run without center caps. Though I may order a set of Mountain/COD center caps from Quadratec (for $8/ea.) Or paint my silver center caps to match the wheels. Here are some pics.
