Sorry didn't see this sooner, just replied to your pm - for anyone else wondering its the Rustoleum bedliner - took about 5 hours to do all wheels. Couple really good write ups on here on how to do it. I just sanded, taped and went to town - no primer. I was sold after seeing another rig with the same bedlined wheels, same process and its held up great for him!
So far so good with mine. I probably could have done one more coat to blend the different plastics more, but this bedliner is pretty good stuff - don't see it wearing away or flaking any time soon!
