Amen to that! Once I finally got at my bumper my garage was covered with chucks of foam plastic and cardboard. Good job ORF on the packing!

How do the d44s hold up to the 40s and what gears are need with the factory 3.8?
I'm running 37 on my rubi and may want bigger in future.

I ran 40s on rubi D44s for about two years and wheeled them hard. In that time I broke 2 front axle shafts and shattered the center section in the rear which included the gears as well as the shafts. I did upgrade to RCVs on my 44s before getting one tons and during that time the fronts held up fine with wheel spin and load drop on the rocks. Ultimatley, I wouldnt reccommend the 40/D44 combo unless your content breaking something and then fixing it because that will indeed be the case.

Don't be discouraged about running 40s with D44s. It can easily be done - sleeve, gusset, truss, RCVs, and be conscious of what you are running when wheelin.
