I recently found out that local sign shops can make any decal you want. Prices are really good on line for standard stuff, but big custom stuff should definitely be done locally.

Pulled the trail-rated badge off and did a quick sand-and-paint with some matte black exterior paint. Krylon or Rustoleum or something like that. It's stood up to some pretty good rain, mud, and washing so far. Want to do the jeep logo on the grill, but I'm scared that I'll put it back on crooked.

If you have concerns regarding placement on grill, trace logo with a sharpie before removing it. Sharpie will wipe off with alcohol without damaging paint.
