Maine has tourist towns?!

 

I lived in NH for years, I went to Maine a Handful of times.. Besides Skiing/hunting there is nothing there to see or do there. I'v been to Alaska I'd rather go there for Vacation.

 

I stand corrected. I must have been thinking of the side-effects of the "Type R" badge.

Haha...yeah I've been to York Beach and Kittery for the factory outlet stores when originally setting up house. Other than that, seems like mostly woods.

Yeah? Handful? Wow. Seeing as Maine is literally half of new england, I'd say you didn't get to see much. I'm sure where you live sucks too.

 

Lol. Seems like a good state if you like privacy. I'm in FL and we get flooded with tourists all year round but especially in the winter.
And I do mean flooded, over 1,000,000 snow birds a year. They screw traffic up big time.

 

Actually I went all over New England. I'v been all over Vermont Killington Mountain, white river , all over the white mountains including Mt Washington Lakes region Gunstock area , All over Mass, Boston etc places that actually have $hit to do. I'm not a fan of Maine. Thats Just my personal opinion.

Bangor is a hole in the wall Joke. The water at York beach is too cold and Cabelas/Bass-Pro is better than Kittery Trading Post. Maine has nothing to offer me IMO.
