lol I'm frankly a bit bitter that I'm about to purchase the front bumper, hood and skid plate and $2k isn't enough to get me a set of 5 dollar decals. I know on the AEV forum they mentioned not selling them, because people on ebay were selling Jeeps with AEV stickers and saying they were the real thing, but frankly if someone's willing to buy an undocumented ride they almost deserve to get their money taken. lol Not many people would assume a 69 camaro was really a Yenko just because it had the badging, without seeing proof. But hey I'm not mad enough not to buy their stuff. lol

Here's a sticker/decal/badge question:
Say I purchased an AEV Hood, Skidplate, Bumper, Jackstand, etc
Is it wrong to put AEV badging on it? I know they frown upon it, but I'm talking from a purely poseur type standpoint? I'm not trying to sell it as an AEV ride, but since the only real reason I'm not entitled to the stickers is that their parts weren't bolted onto my JK in Montana or Michigan, I don't see the big deal.

lol If only this were true. They absolutely will not give out badging decals unless your jeep was built there, even if you drop a few grand in parts. Luckily I sourced a set (which was surprisingly hard to do), so we'll see how they look when they arrive. I don't want to put on a crummy knock off set of decals where intstead of the bull (or bison), I end up with like a holstein cow or something and AEV spelled wrong. lol

Looks great ljeller21.
And while we're on the subject of stickers and decals, how're you guys getting them on? Just peeling backing, eye balling it and pressing? Or are a few of you doing something a bit more technical to get them level etc? When I put on my grey sahara decals I took a level and placed some painters tape right at the line I wanted them to be on, but while the line was level, it wasn't as easy as I thought since the decal itself didn't have a flat bottom line.
