The wheels are,
AX181 Artillery Wheel - Teflon by ATX Series
17x9 wheel size
5 on 5 bolt pattern
Backspace = 4.53in.
Max Load = 2200lbs
Finish = Teflon
Hubcentric = No
Offset = -12mm
It's funny though, with the backspacing it fits perfectly on the stock spare tire carrier. I have ordered the MBRP reinforcement kit and the Daystar tailgate spacers to help with the added weight.

I guess it depends on if you like the short fat look or the tall skinny look. They are very close though the 295 is 2 pounds heavier, 70.6 vs 72.8 lbs. Mine are 1/2" narrower and 1/2" taller then the 295/70's.
