Sounds like a back spacing issue. Mine rubbed a little on my passenger side when i turned full right so i just adjusted my track bar.

It's going in Saturday to 4 wheel parts. Do they need to adjust the trackbar then?

It should be on the paperwork/receipt for the wheels. Or for a close measurement I believe you can take a wheel off, flip it over ( so the face of the wheel is on the ground and you are looking at the back) get a straight edge lay it across the wheel and measure from the center of the wheel up to your straight edge. That sounded really complicated......lol

This is from the receipt. Is the 4.89 the backspace?

i would say that's your issue. Most lift manufacturers recommend 4.5"back spacing on the wheels. If you have more, your tires hit your control arms and/or your front sway bar at full steering lock.

You can add wheel spacers and be just fine. You can also adjust your steering stops on the knuckle out.

I just finished my build - 3.5" Triple Threat long arm with RRD remote resevoirs and 37" Toyo MTs. Rides on and offroad very nice. I would describe street ride as on the firm / sporty side and offroad ride as a nice medium not overly stiff or soft. I have not had any extended higher speed offroad travels yet to comment on. I will say that this suspension flexes amazingly - I took it offroad w/o the bumpstops installed and rubbed big time in the rear - the 3 link rear is great!

That's sweet! The flex on these kits is amazing! Let us know how she handles the high speed off road when finally get to take her out.

2.5 max travel and toyo mt 35x13.5x15s. The front flares are cut in this pic and the backs are just barely trimmed. I have since cut the rears to match the front.

Just finished my 2.5" Max Travel with Bilstein 5100s and TF Bump Stops last night on my 2012 JKU. I've driven it about 50 miles so far and I have to say the ride is WAY better than the stock setup I had with a TF leveling kit. Put it in a couple of spots last night to check flex and this thing is unreal. Only complaint I have is now I have to buy new tires cause those 33" Duratracs just don't do the JK justice anymore. I'll get some pics up when I get time.
