Simple spun aluminum billet with etched shift pattern and crawling gecko...

Actually, I thought it was pretty easy..

Sat in the drivers seat, grabbed it with both hands.. I think it shifted into second.. pulled hard and it popped off. If that didn't work, I was going to wrap a crescent wrench in a rag and tap it from below.
