Yes. There is a full write up.
I can't paste the link from my iPhone, but search for Quad Light front bumper.

For the stubby I copied someone else's idea on here and I think there is a thread in the write-up section. I have posted on a couple of threads about the winch mount, do a search on my username and there should be some info. If not just pm me and I'll be glad to tell you as much as I can remember- it's been almost 2 years since I did it! The light mount is just a piece of .25" x 2" flat bar from Home Depot heated and bent to fit over the plug box for the winch. It's not the best looking way to do it but it fit my budget just right.
Good luck and let me know if you get into it and have questions.

thanks man. it doesn't rub just driving down the street, but i hit a small dip while turning the other day and the tires rubbed the fenders. i haven't taken it offroad yet, but after that i think i'm going to just take the fenders off while i wait on my lift/armor.

I used a Champion 8000# winch from Cosco. It came with the mounting plate, winch roller fairlead, and snatch block for $299.00. I really just cut the top out of the bumper around the plate so it would mount tight to the top of the frame rails. I think I had to drill one new hole on each side. Next up I am going to stubby my bumper. It was rubbing on my tires at full stuff.
