My JK is an 09 X and the only options was AC and metallic paint. No tow hooks were included. I was able to buy some used one and put them on.

Might be a Canada-US difference.

yes, yes it does! i like that alot! thats what i was thinking about doing. or at least something along those lines. however im assuming that isnt legal either?

I was told the state of MO doesn't have a fender law. My buddy j.k.livin on here has been cruising around with no fenders for about a month with no problems from the 5-0.
