Default Shes growing up....

This has been a busy week for me. I was finally able to install my coil spacers and swap out my stock X components with some Rubicon components. Also, traded out the Goodyear SR-A's with some BFG MTs...yay!

This set up fits my needs perfectly. The Jeep is my daily driver, yet I still like to run the trails any chance I get. I felt the X is very capable off the lot, but I wanted to address some weak points; ie the stock tires and the lack of rocker protection. Because of my budget, I sourced second hand parts and installed them with the help of my wife. It was definitely a trial by fire, but this forum and all its members helped me out tremendously.

Yes, with Duplicolor bedliner. It came out pretty well.

Mine are rusting, i keep cleaning it off, but eventually it will kill my paint, plan on painting them black when it does. I like the look.

Looks good. I will make a suggestion that will not cost to much... install some spacers. Prior to installing my lift and larger tires, I put the spacers on, then put the wheels back on for the heck of it, and was very surprised how much of a difference it made. I posted a few pics around here somewhere with the before/after with simply spacers.

I agree on the spacers, it also gives you a bit more stable feeling on hills (and cornering)

I scratched the heck out of the joint of the hinge taking the doors on and off this summer. This will be my first time in a real winter environment and did not want to risk rust forming due to the road salt. The bedliner went on easy and holds up well. I definitely recommend it!
