I enjoy having mine off! See when people used them as a step especially when wearing dress shoes the soles of the shoes made black marks on the door still by the steps. Now that I have the steps off it is a little hard for some to get in but I do not have to worry about them scoufing up the sides of my Jeep! I do have plans on putting the Purejeep rocker gaurds on that have a little bit of a step but it will be DEC. or JAN. before availible
