Default Rusty's lift installed

Finally got my kit installed this weekend. I will have the new wheels and tires installed this Tuesday. 3.25 basic kit and I added a few extras. Teraflex Bumpstops, 3/4" front coil spacer and brake line drop brackets.

Looking real good man. Looks close to how mine looked with the stockers after my 2.5 tf coil lift. What size tires you going with?

My buddy has air tools and some tall jack stands which are a big help. We were able to do the front 1 side at a time. The rear we had to drop the whole axle in order to get the new springs in. You will need a spring compressor. Rented one for 40 bucks at the autoparts store. Got a full refund upon return. Only puzzling part was getting the Teraflex bumpstops in. Had to use a board to lodge them in place. Then it was a pain trying to squeeze them through the shock rings on the front. Wd40 helps. Shocks were the only other pain in the rear. Getting the bushings in for the rear was something else. You had to get the pin started then tap lightly with a hammer to get them in.

Default Rustys lift

I went with 3.25" springs in the front and 2" springs in the back on my Rustys lift to eliminate the rake that was on it.

I love my rustys 3.25 Lift. Rides great and with a 1.25 body lift clears my 37s with no problems
