Default Rust on Rock Rails

Hi All, anybody have suggestions on how to treat rust and rust bubbles on Rock rails?

Wire wheel, primer, paint. That's the best thing I can think of

Hit it with a wire brush and then just recoat it (just the area) with a light spray of Duplicolor Bed Liner (not bed armor). It almost identical to the Rubi Rails finish, assuming thats what your talking about.
