Default Rust proofing inside of axle truss.

Well I am getting ready to weld on my tnt axle truss to my D60 front but I would like to POR15 the entire axle but I can't do the underside of the truss before welding due to the heat. What can I use to reach trough the holes in the TnT truss to reach the inside for a good coating to prevent rust?

Anyone have any good ideas?

I think I would need it to have some sort of flexible hose to be able to reach inside the axle truss......still looking.

you could use a weld through primer and paint the inside before you weld.

Go to Eastwood company. They have a rust inhibitor/converter. Can't thing of the name but it comes with a hose and spray nozzle. It is for spraying the inside of frames. Def going get some to do the inside of my frame. It cost about 17.00 a rattle can.

These are the ones I found...

Internal Frame Coating w/Spray Nozzle

Eastwood Rust Encapsulator w/ext Nozzle Black

I don't really see much difference in the two and probably just get the cheaper one to get fairly decent coverage I think.

Thanks for the tips.

The first one was the one I was talking about. They are both the same just that the Eastwood Rust Encapsulator will be black in color. I have used it when doing restorations or repaired frames.
