The biggest price is likely going to be on the Tranny, console pieces that match, and I believe an entirely different T-case. (could upgrade that as well in the process). The other pieces needed are all your clutch assembly and I am not sure how the JK ecu handles transmission options/swaps.
If you are able to do the labor yourself, it might be cheaper than selling your current jeep. Otherwise with the strong resale values currently out there it might be a better to trade.

I know you don't want to hear it, but due to the headaches, costs, time, etc you are probably better off just buying one that is already a 6 speed. Or, just keep your auto. I thought about doing something like this with a car, but just learned to love it as an auto.

2 remove dip stick
3 purchase donor jeep
4 remove dipstick from donor
5 place auto dip stick in donor jeep
6 push clutch to floor turn key to start and you are done
