Rugged Ridge Light Bar
I ordered a Rugged Ridge Light Bar for my 2010 4dr JK. Just a heads up for anybody with a 2010 they must have done a small redesing because you can only get one hole to mount the plate onto the frame instead of two. I made do and got it installed though.
It looks great with the KC's sitting on it. I just have to finish up the wiring and I will be about done with it.

I had the same problem, but nothing that a drill bit or small file couldn't fix. Make sure you don't tighten any of the mounting bolts down untill they are all in.
