need to know how water tight. I like offroading with doors off so i can clearly see how deep i am getting but by the time it matters I can feel how deep the water is
Additionally i like not worrying about scratching my stock doors. However, I would only get these if they can keep out a good bit of water for when it gets about 1/2 way up the door? Thoughts?

We don't necessarily need a video, but could you just tell us how well they seal?

If you're asking about the Element doors, they do not even come close to sealing. You can see between the door seals and the Jeep body -- while seated! With the soft uppers installed (I have a lot of money in this set) they do well at keeping out even a hard rain. But water coming up from the road comes right in. And in a water crossing, you might as well just be using the tube doors.
Now, I am talking only about the tube doors with removable 'skins' when I say this. And, yes, I have them properly adjusted. They close perfectly and easily. But I have no idea why they even come with seals. It's just a joke!
YMMV. I have a '11 Unlimited.

Oh and they keep the water out very well! I have had the under the water line with zero issues... I will post some more pic's soon!
