So that's why I can't get the final 2 bolts in the driver D ring. Why don't they tell you it needs to be relocated in the instructions before I put everything on. It took hours to reach the other bolts to put them in. Any other way to get those final 2 bolts in without removing the pump?

Hmmmm, I'm not sure about your bumper, but on mine I was able to secure the d rings to the bumper before putting it on the Jeep, but I still had to cut the pump bracket off and reattach it. Do u think you can remove the bumper and attach the d rings first? have no idea why they decided to move that stupid pump there with the 2012 and newer models. This location sucks. I agree, it would be helpful if the instructions were current. Companies assume nothing has changed. They are probably like well it's the same model since 2007, so it should be the same.
