Rough Country 2.5'' lift before/after
Name says it all. Last weekend installed their basic "series II" kit. This kit comes with a track bar bracket to recenter rear, and rear sway bar links with the intention that you swap the current rears to the front. I measured and got exactly the lift and the leveling that they advertized. Total time with a friend's help was 3.5 hours.
Two complaints:
it seemed like all the supplied bolt heads were different sizes when they could have put effort into standardizing, wasted much time changing out sockets.
The brake line relocation brackets for the front could not be used. My JK's metal brake lines didn't have enough play to use it. I'll have to replace the rubber hoses instead at some near future time.
