I've been researching them lately as well. I'd like to see Jeep top and/or trailer top set ups. Also, any recommendations on affordable brands. I don't really want to spend $1500 on a tent.

The extremely nice trailer tent the Canadian has is 3K but for the roof top version it may be in your budget. I copy/paste these prices from the website.

ya , 3 grand just for the tent, i know it was alot of money , and i questioned myself if i really needed it. i will tell you that this thing is very well made, the quality is top notch, it is the last tent i will ever have to buy and if cared for properly it should last a long long time,
sometimes the tent is way too big for just the two of us, when camped out in bad weather for a week, it is very nice to have space inside to set up a table and chairs,

then there are the times when all the kids come along, myself and my 2 girls, my girlfriend and her 2 girls, , its nice to have the room, me and 5 girls its not really fun
