The front is made of 3/16" steel plate and features a recessed winch mounting plate, sockets for a set of 6" spot lights, built-up bullbar, winch work light under bullbar, weld nuts and studs for easy installation. The bull bar is a weldment from plate and is an optional bolt-on. It was designed to match the design and follow the curvature of the jeep. It has an optional 1 or 2 LED work light on the underside with a recessed toggle switch for working with the winch in the dark. The spots shown are the PIAA 520's.
The rear is also made of 3/16" steel plate and features a center mount plate that bolts up to the frame cross member, built in receiver, safety chain loops, rear tire carrier that swings with the tailgate, and adjustable wheel mount. The carrier is connected to the tailgate with a pair of heim joints and turnbuckle for ease of installation and adjustment, but most important, to prevent any binding resulting from misalignment of the tire carrier pivot and the tailgate hinges. The wheel mount is adjustable both in the vertical direction and in the offset direction. It will accommodate up to 42" tires (38" shown) with 3/4" increment adjustment and 5"-7.5" backspacing with 1/2" increments. The tire carrier mounts on a 1.75" spindle with taper roller bearings which provides an extremely rigid system.
