Just the bottoms are welded solid. I made them hang loose in order to slide over obstacles.

fyi to everyone, when i get a chance to get home from school for a weekend, im gona put up what i did with my antenna, fairly simple, just need some time to get home and tear her down to get good pics for you guys. keep an eye out
