Hey Andrew,
Sounds like a good deal. I researched powercoaters for a couple of weeks,
most were industrial and didn't want to mess with 5 wheels. I did find a
couple that were cheaper but didn't seem as legit as the the co. I ended
up using (Allied Powdercoating in Houston) . I also learned from all my
digging that you should go with someone who has done aluminum wheels
before. They need to be tumbled in a wheel blaster to remove the clearcoat
and the oven needs to be calibrated for aluminum vs. steel.

I know that with Allied Powdercoating in Houston you have to bring them the wheels unmounted and sans tire; I checked. However, if you go with an autobody place that powdercoats, they will likely do the mounting for you.

Jeep on stands - take tires and wheels to Discount Tire to unmount factory tires
(for sale by the way) - rims to powdercoater - picked up after 5 days - back to
Discount Tire with new tires and rims (2 trips, unmounted wheels and new tires
wouldn't fit in the wifes Xterra) - back home to mount all on jeep.
Needless to say the wife was just shaking her head the whole time, but at this
point in our marrige nothing suprises her.
Allot of hassel but worth it. I think I'd rather my Jeep sit in my driveway for a
week on stands than at a tire shop or an autobody shop anyway.

Correct. That was the biggest PITA.

I should've found this thread a week ago. I hit you up for advice on the black wheels thread already.
So, I've got my guy ready to powder coat next Thursday. It's $125 per wheel including dismount/rig storage/mount. I figure that's not terrible.
I'll make sure and hit him up about the aluminum concerns too.
Question: What about the center cap on the wheel? May be a stupid/newb question, but was that done separately or did he powder that as well? Also, did you order black lugs or (again) were they coated?

Seems like a good price to me with all included (balancing also I assume). The
center caps are plastic and can't be powdercoated, they spray painted them satin black.
The lugs are Gorrila black chrome lugs and locks. I ordered them from Massey's in
OK City, the part numbers are at my office, I'll try to remember to PM them to you
on Monday.
Good luck.
