It's not me, but I have a right hand drive JK. They're made for mail carriers. There are several RHD JK's on the forum, but I haven't seen one from NJ post though

Postal regs require the bottom of the box where the mail lays to fall between 42-46 inches which is no problem to reach, but most rural boxes are posted at a much lower height.Sweet JK! I want to trade up to a four door 2011! but I'm having trouble getting any trade in value for mine because of the mods

This my 08 64***+ miles rh drive 4" procomp lift with 35x12.5 mt mtz tires, tranny cooler, custom grill mod and side marker blisters and drilled side mirrors. Miami here. It was a postal jeep. I added British tags just to keep away the mailman jokes.
