Can you point out all the places u had to unscrew/pop out the black part of the door? I've always wondered how i would get the door off if i ever needed to.

I have one of those door hanger, which are awesome by the way. You should really look into one. They don't scratch or dent your door, and they also will force you to put your windows down. It would be a little tricky to try and put the doors on with the windows up.
