I went with the ACE JK Pro Series Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier and LED lights. a little more than what you want to spend. I like the idea of the tire opening with the tailgate.

I love it so far. Installed for only a week but no rattles at all. Like you said, the price point for the whole package can't be beat. Not a huge fan of the "fangs" that come off the center of the bumper though.
