I second the cardboard idea. I found one of my most valuable tools was a digital angle finder. My rear bumper design was based off of an LOD bumper that had quite a few angles and the angle finder helped a ton in getting everything symmetrical, good luck!

I just about finished my front and rear bumpers this weekend and cardboard cut-puts were invaluable. The plasma cutter helped too. Get creative.

Off-Subject for a sec.;

About using a Smart phone.

I have the iPhone 4s.
How do i transfer pictures from my JKU and adventures
into this Forum?

I've tried several times, but the Forum says
I'm using the wrong format...

I've only got an IPhone4 and those were the first pics that I've posted and they seemed to go through fine. Weird. Just tapped the 'plus' button and picked the 'attached from phone' button. Sorry, don't know anything about the format difference.
